Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Fogues TX. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received. Please contact us within this 14-day period so we can assist you with the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account. Paypal fees and shipping are nonrefundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your purchase for a refund up to 48 hs after you have placed the order. Paypal fees are nonrefundable.
